Active Idler produces customer testimonial videos in India for companies and agencies in the US, UK and Europe. We are based in Bangalore and work across India, so your customer is filmed where they work and nobody from your side has to fly in.
We have filmed and edited customer and leadership videos for New Relic in India since 2023, across at least ten jobs, and made an employee testimonial film for Turing, with b-roll at the employee’s home. A job can be one interview with a small unit, or several customers across cities with a full production team.

We agree the questions, the locations, the crew and the shot list, and you see all of it before the shoot day.

Mayur Srivatsav leads the production in India, with camera, sound, lighting and production support sized to the job.

An edit normally takes 7 to 10 working days and includes two rounds of revisions, licensed music and colour grading.
